At LS BLACK CAR, we understand that travel plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair, flexible, and ensure a smooth experience for all our valued clients.
GRACE PERIODS & WAIT TIME
Standard Pickups (Hotels, Residences, Offices, etc.):
Clients are allowed a 15-minute complimentary grace period beyond the scheduled pickup time. After that, waiting time is charged based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Airport Pickups:
We track all commercial flight arrivals to ensure your chauffeur is in position on time.

Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period after flight arrival at the gate

International Flights: 60-minute grace period after flight arrival at the gate
Waiting time is charged after the grace period at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer free cancellation on most rides, including airport transfers, when the following notice is provided:

Local NYC Trips:

Phone Cancellation: Minimum 2 hours’ notice

Email Cancellation: Minimum 24 hours’ notice

NYC 5 Boroughs Travel:

Outside NYC Metro or International Trips:

Phone Cancellation: Minimum 4 hours’ notice

Sprinter vans, minibuses, buses, and event-related bookings may have stricter cancellation terms. Please confirm at time of booking.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within:

30 minutes at airports (after flight arrival at gate)

30 minutes at all other pickup locations
To avoid full fare charges, do not leave your pickup location before contacting us at 929-877-0048 if you’re unable to find your chauffeur.
RATES & ESTIMATES
All rates are subject to change without notice. The rate shown on your confirmation is an initial estimate. Actual charges may vary based on:

Travel time (for hourly bookings outside NYC)Hourly reservations have a 2-hour minimum. For trips outside the NYC boroughs, additional travel time to/from Manhattan will be added.
BEHAVIOR IN THE VEHICLE
To ensure a safe and pleasant ride, guests must follow these rules:

Seatbelts must be worn at all times per local traffic laws.

Chauffeur instructions must be followed — their priority is your safety.

Do not: open doors while driving, throw objects, hang out of the windows, or shout from the vehicle.

No smoking in any part of the vehicle. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee and downtime loss.

Food consumption is discouraged.

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in accordance with NYC and TLC regulations
WEATHER & UNFORESEEN EVENTS
We are not responsible for delays or missed services due to weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All deposits are NON-refundable. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet seat burn $500. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines, and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
